Ahdle.com launched in 2010 as a metasearch engine with family-friendly filters that hide unwanted content. Ahdle.com was developed by Striquent, who also developed TAM and qrobe.it. The search engine combined the contents of Ask, Bing, Google and TAM and provided the results filtered. Ahdle had taken over the WOT rating, a service where users rate websites. Users can also create short links, translate or even check their security.
In 2017 it was discontinued as a search engine.
Ahdle.com also offered an image search service that displayed images and information as results. The results were displayed as a slide show, which could also be turned off. In addition, a news search was offered.
